After a while, even milk can get boring. If you’re one of the unlucky people who is lactose intolerant, you already know everything about milk alternatives. Otherwise, it’s probably a good time to do a little bit of research.

If you can’t take cow milk, there’s goat, sheep and other similar milks. Otherwise, aside from soymilk, you can also look at :
– nut milk
– rice milk
– oat milk
– hemp milk
