What to do this week
It’s been 30 weeks since we started this journey. If you have been exercising regularly, you’d have seen the benefits by now. Do you have a stash of emergency clothes? It’s a good time to take them out for an airing. Not just that, just check to see if they still fit.

You can always donate your old and excess clothing — it doesn’t hurt to do a good turn once in a while.
