– 10lb of powdered milk (or as much as you can). You can substitute for soya milk if you (or anyone in your family) is lactose intolerant.

What to do this week

Are you exercising regularly? We reminded you in Week 11 to get started on the road to better health. Regular exercise will help you get stronger (so you can carry more of those survival supplies) and also boost your metabolism (so you’ll be more resistant to diseases and health problems). Of course, there’s also the side benefit of losing some weight.
