What to do this week

Did you manage to do your check up in Week 7? Obviously we don’t need to tell you to take care of your health. While it’s difficult to maintain “peak physical condition”, it’s important that you are in good shape.

If you don’t do any regular exercise, now’s a good time to start. One easy exercise is actually walking. Sure, it’s not an aggresive, macho type of exercise, but it works, it’s low impact and you can do it anywhere.

This is a book you can use : Walk Away the Pounds: The Breakthrough 6-Week Program That Helps You Burn Fat, Tone Muscle, and Feel Great Without Dieting. It’s probably not something you want to show it public, but it contains a lot of good tips and advice.
