First episode of Survival School free on iTunes

I haven’t watched this TV show yet, but the description sounds interesting :

Can you do 100 push ups?

I have to admit, I’m not big on exercise. However, I acknowledge that in an emergency situation, being fit would be a tremendous advantage. One of the few exercises that I can do well is the push-up. I can do 40-50 in one go, but no more than that. If you want to challenge yourself, then do the 100 push ups training program.

Seriously, this is not just an excuse to show cleavage on this blog. A few months ago, I read on WalletPop about using a sports bra as a cheap survival device. Bruce Watson wrote about how a bra can be used to attract attention and help. In fact, this very method helped save a US hiker who was trapped in the Alps. How disappointed do you think the rescuers would be, if the the owner of the sexy bra wasn’t a pretty young woman, but an overweight man? Just kidding.
