Hurricane Ike has come and gone, and left a trail of devastation in its wake. CNN has an interesting story about a couple whose house was the only one left standing in their entire neighbourhood. Warren and Pam Adams, who are Hurricane Rita survivors, were lucky enough to have the only house that survived in the Gulf Coast of Gilchrist The other 200 plus houses in the area were flattened by the storm.
