Just three years after Katrina, another storm is threatening the American city of New Orleans. Hurricane Gustav In his typical no-nonsense style, New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin ordered the evacuation of the city. “I must tell you, this is the mother of all storms,” Nagin said. “You need to be concerned and you need to get your butts moving and out of New Orleans right now.”
